On Friday 20th June, beachgoers and surf enthusiasts from around the world will come together to celebrate the Surfrider Foundations’s ten-year anniversary of International Surfing Day (#ISD14).
The non-profit organisation which is dedicated to the protection and enjoyment of the world’s oceans, waves and beaches through a network, invites the public to save the date and join in the fun!
Here at Forest Park we are extremely lucky to be surrounded by some fantastic waves, which gives the Cornish coast a run for its money, and a surfing school is just eight minutes down the road.
The Glide Surf School offers private and group surfing lessons suitable for all levels and ages, seven days a week (Easter to October) so why not give it a go?
The Cromer forecast for June 20th is variable amounts of cloud with some pleasant sunshine. Mostly dry though isolated showed are possible late afternoon with highs of 18c.
