Broadgates Cottages
A terrace of four charming almshouses recently modernised and redecorated, Broadgate’s Cottages are situated on the edge of Northrepps Village, less than 2 miles from Cromer. All of the cottages are centrally heated and two even have open fires. Each cottage has its own separate lawned garden as well as garden furniture – perfect for those lazy days of summer!
Forest Park offers a range of features: indoor heated swimming pool, children's play areas, 24 hour laundrette facilities, restaurant and clubhouse (children welcome), and local shop.
Samphire Cottage
Samphire Cottage has a separate sitting room, dining room and kitchen. With two bedrooms on the first floor (sleeping four people) and a sofabed in the sitting room, there’s plenty of room for a large family. The garden is also fully fenced, making it secure for children and pets.
Sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms.

Sandbars Cottage sleeps between four and six people and has an open-plan sitting/dining room and kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom and an entrance hall.

Similar in layout to Sandbars Cottage, Seaspray Cottage also sleeps between four and six people. It has an open-plan sitting/dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom and an entrance hall.
